Right trip all sorted, we will be in poland from sunday night 10th May, so first trip will be Poznan on monday

You may also try Powidz, near Poznan [ca. 50 km away].
Currently the MiG-29 Fulcrums from the Minsk Mazowiecki AB are stationed there, so you may try and push yyour luck.
The best spotting points are located at the opposite sides of the runway.
I think that the eastern end is better.
